Zimbabwe: Cellular Firm Donates Television Sets

Harare — Manyame Air Base Hospital has received a donation of five television sets from Zellco Cellular and other goodies from well wishers at a function held at Air Force of Zimbabwe headquarters.

The other goods include a stove and a refrigerator from a well wisher, Mr Peter Van Deventer.

The donation was made possible through the efforts of Mr Lovemore Mangwende, the director of Multi-Choice Zimbabwe, who looked for organisations and well wishers on behalf of the Air Force of Zimbabwe.

Mr Mangwende who at one time donated a Dstv decoder set and cabling to the hospital said: "The donation is in response to the Air Force of Zimbabwe appeal for donations and the gesture is also to be extended to other health institutions in the country."
