THE Central Zone Rhythmic qualifying competition was held last weekend at the SKW in Windhoek.

Gymnasts from Tsumeb (TGC) and Windhoek (SKW) took part in the competition.

Levels 2 and 3 started on Friday afternoon at 14h00 and level 1 followed soon after. For most of the level ones it was their first time and it was amazing what they achieved in this first half year.

On Saturday, level 4 up to the Senior Olympic level participated.

Before the competition, a training camp was held at Walvis Bay during the May holidays.

At the beginning of July, three gymnasts from SKW will fly to Durban to participate at the eThekwiniw International RC. They are Aldi Truter, Fabienne Henle and Anna Shahilu.
