Luanda — The governor of Luanda province, Francisca do Espírito Santo, Friday in Luanda, urged theatre actors to spread, through their acts, messages of citizenship and solidarity to communities, with the purpose to restore the civic and moral values.
"Currently, we have been witnessing strange phenomenon in our society, faced with great violence, lack of civic and moral values and love to the next, hypocrisy, lack of solidarity among citizens", stressed the governor.
Francisca do Espírito Santo, was speaking at the amphitheatre of the African League of Solidarity towards the People (LAASP) in Ingombota district, during a meeting with actors and theatre groups.
For the governor of Luanda, in the process of rebuilding the country, drama actions can positively contribute to the communities, with positive messages.
For this, she added, there should be carried out work together in community theatre, especially in schools and other places of great population concentration, in which she defended the best use of talent, creativity and social responsibility of the makers of theatre.
