Luanda — Angola's Deputy Minister of Hotels and Tourism, Paulino Baptista, on Monday here said the sector needs more investment to provide greater contribution to the state budget.
"With peace, there has been greater expansion of tourism. We need more support to create more incomes and conditions for tourism", he said when challenged by the MPs ot the commission of finances and economy of the National Assembly.
The Deputy Minister said that his protfolio has been supporting events taking place in the country, ahead of the organisation of the CAN-2010 set for the provinces of Luanda, Cabinda, Huila and Benguela.
He also announced that regional institutions will be created for people training.
