Luanda — The chairperson of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Issa Hayatou, on Monday here said he hopes that conditions be created so that the airports can received flights in the evenings in the four provinces that will host CAN-2010, Angop has learnt.
He voiced so during a meeting with the Minister of Youth and Sports, Gonçalves Muandumba.
CAF chief explained that Hayatou made a comment on what he saw during his visit and demanded for the creation of specific rooms to receive CAN/2010 official teams, as well as conditions so that airplanes can move at night in the cities of Cabinda, Luanda, Benguela and Lubango.
Both entities also spoke on the need for security conditions in hotels and stadiums, accommodation, protocol and credentials for the competition set for January 10-31, 2010.
