Kinshasa — The newly nominated Angolan ambassador to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Emilio de Carvalho Guerra, on Monday presented the credentials to the neighbouring country's president Joseph Kabila Kabange, Angop has learnt.
The ambassador was appointed four months ago, by President José Eduardo dos Santos.
He has already worked as ambassador to Belgium, European Union, Congo Brazzaville, Gabon, Cameroon and Chad.
