Despite insufficient attention and consideration of their league, the second division teams prove their capabilities and know- how in this year's FA Cup championship.

This weekend fixture in the FA Cup quarter final will feature tough encounters at Manjai, SK East, mini stadium, Brikama and the national stadium.

At Manjai relegated Tallinding Utd will lock horns with Bakau Utd to see who will progress to the semi Final, whilst SK East mini stadium will feature an all Bakau derby between relegated Africell and Steve Biko.

The clash of the weekend sees Samger Vs Gamtel at the independence stadium.

Samger who lost to Gamtel in the second round of the league would want to go all out to revenge on Gamtel, whilst the Telecommunications giant will be seeking to repeat their defeat on Samger on Sunday.

In another game on Sunday, Young Africans will be out to eliminate Wallidan from the race, whilst Wallidan who surrendered their title to Armed Forces this year will take their fellow Banjulains more seriously this time.

Young Africans secured place in the quarter final after beating the league champions Armed Forces 1-0.
