Luanda — The chairperson of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Issa Hayatou, affirmed this Tuesday to believe in an exemplary holding of the African Nations Cup (CAN/2010) in Angola.
In a press conference, held at the International Airport 4 February, in Luanda, CAF chief said that after inspection carried out in the host provinces concluded that the country is ready to organise the continental event with success, next January 10-30.
Concerning the problems found in the last inspection in the stadiums, the Cameroon national explained that they were overcome and the works run normally.
He said that he left instructions during his meeting with Angolan minister of Youth and Sport, Gonçalves Muandumba.
