Kampala — Two Proline Football Club players could soon kick a ball in the same stadium Manchester United legend Ole Gunner Solskjaer played if they pass trials at Norwegian club, Molde FC.
Defender Kisekka Ronnie, 17, and midfielder Lopida Robert, 16, leave for Norway on July 23 where they will be tested for three weeks.
Solskjaer played at Molde before moving to United for 1.5 million pounds, in 1996. Proline FC director Mujib Kasule said the two impressed Molde officials who were in the country to see them play, recently. He said: "They are good players and I'm confident they will do well and realize their dreams." The duo will return and feature for Proline in the league next season even if they pass the trials.
They can then go back to Molde when they turn 18, the acceptable age for one to sign a professional contract.
