Uganda: School Owner, Head Teacher Arrested Over Exam Fees Scam

Gulu — Police in Gulu are holding the owner of Northland High School for allegedly embezzling examination fees of their Senior Four candidates.

Mr Jimmy Obol and Mr Geoffrey Otika, the deputy headmaster in charge of examinations, were on Monday detained at Bardege Division Police post for about six hours before their transfer to Gulu Central Police Station.
