Luanda — The national second division football championship, dubbed "Segundona-2009", will only start on July 18, and not on the eleventh as initially scheduled by the federation, due to organisational matters.
ANGOP has learnt that among other situations, internal problems facing some clubs and the lack of appropriate fields are reasons for a later start of the competition.
Another important motive is the fact the Dragões team, from Kuando Kubango Province, has dropped out of the championship.
The competition is divided in three groups (A, B and C), the first one has ten teams, while the other two are comprised of six teams each.
