Luanda — The director of Culture department, Manuel Sebastião, Wednesday in Luanda announced that the Provincial Government of Luanda, through municipal administrations, intend to implement soon severe measures against citizens that insist practising sound pollution.
Manuel Sebastião, who made this announcement during a meeting held with members of municipal administrations, National Police and of Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, warned that these measures will also be directed to taxi drivers who make inadequate use of sound sets, disturbing therefore the passengers.
This reality, he referred, impels that be implemented immediately measures aimed at discouraging such practices", since the country lives in democracy.
This implies the strict compliance of legal resolution, such as the law of administrative transgressions (decree 10/87) and the legislative diploma on the regulation of shows and public entertainment, he added.
