Luena — A monument to peace will be built in Luena city, the capital of the eastern Moxico Province, within 11 months in recognition to its participation in the country's pacification process, started seven years ago, Angop has learnt.
Moxico's governor, João Ernesto dos Santos "Liberdade" who announced this on Wednesday, said the project was already passed by the Angolan Government and will be under the charge of a Chinese firm.
A library and administrative infrastructures will also be built on the spot.
