Luanda — The Ministry of Home Affairs has released a book on the trajectory of its organs under the celebrations of its 30th founding anniversary, June 22.
The 158 paged literary work portrays a short history of the institution's foundation, the profile of the managing board personnel, services and organs comprising this governmental division.
The national director of Interior Ministry's Office of Studies, Information and Analysis, Commissioner Carlos Burity da Silva, said that the book aims at portraying the trajectory of those who contributed decisively to the current organisational level of the institution.
The Home Affairs Ministry is a government institution in charge of conceiving, proposing, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of public policies in the fields of individual public security, property and institutions.
It is also in charge of preventing, investigating and repressing offences and criminal acts, custody by depriving freedom as well as the control of the entry, residing and exit of foreign citizens.
