2009 league runners-up, Biko, went out of the contest for the FA Cup treble after losing to communities' rivals Africell on shoot-outs.

Africell continued defending most part of the game as the defence struggled to keep Biko's forward Osuman Jarjue at bay. However mother luck was at work for the communication to square to the semi-finals after beating Steve Biko on penalties.
