Kongsvister's head coach Tom Nordlie Kaller is upbeat Taifa Stars' midfield maestro Henry Joseph will help his first division team to flourish.

The coach said Joseph was his greatest signing of the season and believed the Tanzanian would make the grades at Kongsvister.

"He is my best signing this year, thus I'm hope the lad will deliver to his best and ultimately help the club to clinch the title," he said.

"He is a kind of players any coach would like to have since he works very hard in every training session," Kaller added.

The 23-year-old player signed a four-year deal that would bind him at the club until 2013.

Speaking to The Citizen yesterday, players' agent Mehd Rhemtullah said he was proud of Joseph's success in Norway.

"I believe other players will take a leaf from Joseph he has impressed everyone during his one week training," Remtullah said.

He said Joseph was the youngest national team skipper who plays extraordinary football.

Meanwhile, another Simba's striker Emeh Izechukwu will leave for Norway on Monday to join Kongsvinger, according to registration committee official.

The registration committee chairman, Kassim Dewji said Izechukwu landed in the country recently to bid farewell.

"He has come to express thanks to the club after staying with us for a year all leaders and members have been delighted to see him," he said.

In February, the Nigerian clinical finisher and Joseph went to Norway for trials with Molde FC, but both failed to meet criteria.

He disclosed that Orji Orbina has decided to extend his stay at Msimbazi Street for one more year.

The official also said their head coach, Patrick Phiri, would join the club after sorting out his family problems.

The Zambian coach is said to be embroiled in a court case back home, which is the reason he has not reported for duty since last month.
