Nigeria: Michael Jackson Tribute Concert @ Ojez

As the final remains of Michael Jackson is being laid to rest the whole world is agog with various tribute concerts and shows geared towards reliving the legacies of the great artiste and of course Nigeria is not left out.

On Saturday at the popular celebrity hang out; Ojez restaurant and bar in Surulere, a crop of some of Nigeria's finest entertainers will gather in a bid to pay their last respect to the late legend in a candle light procession. The artistes who will be costumed in Michael Jackson-like attires will be singing some of his greatest hit songs.

The criteria for admittance is wearing a Michael Jackson monogrammed T-shirt which can be purchased at the venue of the show.

The tribute concert is an initiative of Nutmeg media in collaboration with O'jez restaurant and bar, Small Boy connect, New magazine and the Radio and Television Programme Producers and Presenters Guild (RTPPG).

In an interview during the Lagos audition for season two of the MTN Project Fame West Africa, Inyanya said that the music video is a true reflection of the message of the song, 'Love Truly'. He explained that the song depicts life experiences of lovers who have everything going on well with their relationship and how people should encourage love and meaningful relationships. It talks about love, passion, emotions and betrayals.

Inyanya explained: "A lot has happened in my life which I feel I should communicate to people through my music. It is the only way I can express myself to the world about some issues in the society.
