Kampala — Makerere University deputy vice chancellor Prof. David Bakibinga has defended himself against the PPDA report which pins him over the collapsed university perimeter fence.
Bakibinga accuses the PPDA of failing to refer to the universities and tertiary instution's Act which clearly stipulates his role.
He says the recommendations by PPDA is erroneous because they did not take into consideration that the deputy vice chancellor shall over see the finances and administration of the university.
Bakibinga says he is ready to challenge the report in court.
