Khartoum — Nigerian import Indorance Idahor scored two priceless goals to help Sudan's El Merreikh beat 10-man TP Mazembe 2-1 on Thursday night to storm into the finals of the Kagame Club Championship.

Idahor, with five goals to his credit in the tournament equalized for the home side in the 51st minute after Kabangu Mulota had given the Congolese side a first-half lead.

The deadly goal poacher then killed off the game a few minutes later.

TP Mazembe played without goalkeeper Robert Kadiaba for most of the second half after a straight red card for punching Idahor.

At the end of the game, it took security to guard Ugandan referee Mufta Ngobi and his assistants from the fuming Mazembe players.

There was more drama as TP Mazembe players and some officials threw water bottles at El Merreikh fans, while Mazembe's Kasusula Kilitcho also punched El Merreikh's defender Mosa Altayeb.
