Uganda: My Power Will Crush Opponents - Kivejinja

Bugweri — THE Third Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Information and National Guidance has described himself as a political heavyweight whose bid for the Bugweri Parliamentary seat shouldn't be challenged.

Mr Kivejinja is facing six other candidates in the ongoing election campaigns for the Bugweri seat.

At Kigulamo Primary school on Wednesday, Mr Kivejinja asked, "why do you let mere small he-goats to court a big she-goat like me". He said he was so powerful in the country that the power and influence he holds will see the President and many MPs camp in Bugweri to campaign for him resident and many MPs camp in Bugweri to campaign for him.

He said he has been winning in Kigalamu Parish since 1994. "How many people in this country have you seen holding positions like mine? My opponents are wasting time," he said.
