How far with the fight against illegal health care?

There is an administrative set up to regulate the functioning of private clinics in the country. Before a health structure is created, there are a series of norms and documents to be made and sent through the district health services to the regional services that forward them to the central authorities that will study the files and give authorisation for creation. It is only after an authorisation to function that the health structure can receive the public. These structures are supervised by the district and regional health authorities. When there is any problem in these structures, the general inspectorate comes in to inspect the structures if they conform to the law. We deplore health clandestine activities and this most stop. For it to stop we need the collaboration of the users and other government services.
