Harare — THE just-ended all stakeholders constitutional conference was hurriedly convened resulting in the glaring inadequacies that were witnessed at the meeting on Monday, Clerk of Parliament Mr Austin Zvoma has said.
Addressing journalists at Parliament Building on Wednesday, Mr Zvoma cited the delay in confirming the budget by donors, late drafting of programmes, delays in the invitation of principals and confirmation of dates as having contributed to the chaos.
