Kampala — Lack of quorum in the Supreme Court could soon degenerate into a crisis because of delayed appointment of new judges by the President, Parliament heard yesterday.
"In the Supreme Court we have five judges instead of seven and the Constitution requires all of them to hear constitutional petitions," Justice Seth Manyindo told MPs who sit on the Parliament's Legal Affairs Committee.
