Nairobi — Kenya has no option but to draw a line on the sand to separate impunity and the rule of law. The heinous trend of deploying lawlessness as an instrument of political contest is archaic.
This trend, with roots going back to early 1990s, must be decidedly reversed. Each Kenyan must feel secure in every corner. Balkanisation of the country must be made history.
