Kampala — The proposed giveaway of Entebbe International Airport to a foreign investor has kicked off a storm because some of the government technocrats and ministers disagreed on who gets what from the deal, Sunday Monitor can reveal.
Although the proposal by the Dubai based Dodsal Group to expand Entebbe airport and create free trade and export processing zones, was initially welcomed by the both the Finance and Works ministries, Sunday Monitor has learnt that differences later emerged over who should take the lead.
