Dodoma — A parliamentary committee has urged the Ministry of Education and Vocational Trainingy to ensure newly built secondary schools have the needed facilities before being cleared to start admitting students.
The chairman of the Parliamentary Committe on Community Development, Mr Omar Kwangw' said secondary schools should be compelled to have in place fully-equiped science laborities before applying for registration.
