Kampala — PEOPLE in the famine-hit sub-counties in Lango sub-region have been warned against slaughtering animals distributed to them through development programmes.
The warning follows reports that the current lack of food in the region has forced farmers to eat the goats given to them under the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS) programme.
