Zimbabwe: Parliament Committee to Conduct Commissioners Interviews

Harare — The Parliamentary Standing Rules and Orders Committee has set next Monday as the day for conducting interviews for people who have applied to sit in the Zimbabwe Media Commission.

The committee had initially set mid-July as the time within which it should have completed the process of identifying people to sit on various commissions. This was after Parliament flighted advertisements in June inviting applications from people interested to sit in these commissions. Other commissions are Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission, Zimbabwe Electoral Commission and Anti-Corruption Commission.
