Botswana: 'Local Institutions Show Effective Business Leadership'

Local institutions that participated in a recent survey by Professional Management Review (PMR).africa exhibited effective leadership and processes in an ever-changing business landscape, the organisation has said. The aim of the survey was to measure brand awareness, management expertise and corporate governance.

Speaking at a leaders and achievers awards ceremony in Gaborone last week, PMR.africa chief executive officer, Johan Hattingh announced that the processes embraced by scores of companies, institutions, government entities and individuals on their competencies and contribution to Botswana's economic growth and development raised customer satisfaction and delivery, effectively stepping up production.
