Kampala — MAKERERE University has got support from the Uganda rugby union and Hima Cement in their bid to construct a 20,000-seater stadium. The work is in the third phase at the university's Nsibirwa grounds.
The first phase included levelling and planting grass, while the second phase involved building of the first terraces of 7000 seats.
