As an African journalist, the most common question that politicians ask me is this: Why are journalists always writing 'negative stories' about Africa and not enough 'positive' stories about the continent?
I was not surprised at all, therefore, that this question dominated one of the more interesting sessions of the just-ended Smart Partnership Dialogue at Speke Resort Munyonyo where the presidents in attendance swapped roles with journalists and asked questions.
