Luanda — Import of construction materials for houses will be free from duties and consumer tax, according to a decree approved wednesday by Angolan Government.
The information is contained in note from the Cabinet Session of Wednesday in Luanda.
The session of the Cabinet Council also approved a memorandum on the contributions from the National Conference on Housing to the National Programme for Urbanisation and Housing.
The Government also approved a decree that validates the norms that regulate the financial, functional and organisation structure of the Housing Foment Fund.
Also approved at the said session is the organic statute of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
