Francistown — A suspected cattle rustler accused of stealing 85 cattle valued at P77, 000 from neighbouring Zimbabwe has another stealing stock theft case before the Magistrate's Court.
The accused person, Nelson Mbuso, together with Edward Masala and Nelson Motshabadira earlier this year appeared before magistrate colonel Badirile Mooketsi to answer the charge of stealing 85 cattle from Zimbabwe. The three were facing three counts after they were found in possession of stolen stock outside Botswana between December 13 and 17, 2008 at Gerald estates in Francistown and some in Tutume.
