Nigeria: Country Agog for MTN Qualifier

About 100 golfers are billed to vie for the fifteen places for the national finals of the World Cup of golf this weekend at the Benin Golf Club in Edo state.

The one day golf hostilities would be judged over 18 holes and the while players would be drawn from Ibori Golf and Country Club, Warri Golf Club, Sapele Golf Club Enugu Golf Club apart form golfers that would be drawn from home club.

Already thirty players have been picked from the Kaduna qualifiers and the Lagos qualifiers. The national finals of the World Golfers

Championship would be staged at the IBB International Golf and Country Club on August 15 and 16 where top five players that would fly the country's flag at the world finals in Spain are billed to emerge from.
