Nigeria: FCTA Removes Illegal Structures in Lugbe

The Federal Capital Territory Administration last Wednesday fulfilled its promise of removing some structures hampering the renovation/expansion of the Public Primary School in Lugbe, along the Airport Road.

The FCT Minister, Sen. Adamu Aliero, had earlier this year paid an unscheduled visit to the L. E. A Primary School and sadly discovered that the school was over- populated due to lack of adequate classrooms. Moved by the plight of the school children, the Minister immediately ordered the removal of structures that have encroached into the school's plot.
