Accra Brewery Limited has donated 60 crates of beer, and some amount of cash, to the Ga Traditional Council to support in the celebration of the Homowo Festival.

According to the Managing Director of Accra Brewery Limited, Mr. Greg Metcalf, during the presentation, since 1951 when the company was established, it has had a good relationship with the Ga Municipal Assembly, and would continue to support the council in everyway.

He hoped that the celebration would be a successful one for all Gas.

Nii Tackie Tawiah III, Ga Mantse, on behalf of his members, showed appreciation to Mr. Greg Metcalf and the entire management of the company for their kind gesture.

He urged Ghanaians to drink responsibly during the Homowo celebration, since "bad drinking habits cannot be blamed on the producers."

He further assured the management of the company of a peaceful and enjoyable celebration.
