Nigeria: NSE Presidency - Court Fixes September 28 For Hearing

Abuja — Justice Mohammed Liman, sitting at the Federal High Court in Lagos has fixed 28th of September as the date for the hearing of a motion seeking to nullify the election of Aliko Dangote as the President and Chairman of Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) brought by some shareholders of African Petroleum(AP) Plc.

The shareholders had filed legal proceedings against Dangote, Nova Finance and Securities Limited and others over alleged massive manipulation of AP shares.
