Just as the industry was beginning to heave a sigh of relief following indications earlier in the year that the inclusive government was now moving a gear up in dualising Zimbabwe's dangerous roads while also giving an impetus to other infrastructural projects that have been on the cards for years due to lack of funding and bureaucratic sloth, yet another setback has emerged.
