Harare — LOCAL side JBC started their FIBA Zone Six Club Championship campaign on a losing note when they suffered a heavy 49-96 defeat at the hands of Angolan giants Interclube at the City Sports Centre in Harare on Monday night.
It was always going to be difficult for the runneres-up in the Zimbabwe national championship against such a classy and experienced side. Coach Addison Chiware fielded his best possible team in captain Alice Mandivheyi, Isobel Tengende, Juliet and Alice Misihairambwi and Fadzai Mabasa.
