Nigeria: 2010 World Cup Qualifiers - Aiyenugba Arrives Today

Super Eagles third choice goalkeeper Dele Aiyenugba is among the seven players still being expected to arrive Nigeria for this Sunday's world cup qualifier crunch match.

The national senior football team, Super Eagles yesterday had their first training at the mainbowl of the National Stadium, Abuja ahead of the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifying cracker against the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia without the goalkeeper and six others.

Vice captain, Joseph Yobo flew down into the country aboard British Airways flight to connect Arik Air's last flight from Lagos to Abuja yesterday to join the team.

Goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama, defender Obinna Nwaneri, midfielder Kalu Uche and striker Obinna Nsofor all arrived last night leaving goalkeeper Dele Aiyenugba scheduled to arrive this morning. Head Coach Amodu Shaibu took his charges on their paces, with assistant coaches Daniel Amokachi, Fatai Amoo and Aloy Agu also present.
