Uganda: Police Clash With Kitgum IDPs

Kampala — THE Police on Sunday clashed with the internally displaced persons of Madi-Opei camp in Kitgum district over a woman suspected to have sacrificed a two-year-old girl.

The northern regional Police spokesman, Johnson Kilama, said two people were shot and injured by the Police as they tried to lynch Beatrice Atim, who was arrested with six others over the murder.
