Luena — The Migration and Foreigners Services (SME) in the eastern Moxico Province will have within 12 months a two-storey new building under construction since September 2009.
The construction works of the infrastructure were assessed last Tuesday by the Interior minister, Roberto Leal Ramos Monteiro "Ngongo", in the ambit of his four-day work visit to Moxico Province, aimed at learning about the functioning of the structures of his department.
The infrastructure, whose construction is under the responsibility of the Chinese contractor "China Guangxi", is being built in an area of 1,216 square metres in Luena.
