Abuja — President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua yesterday inaugurated the 10-member Governing Board of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Jos, with a charge on them to review the existing law of the institution.
Represented by Vice President Goodluck Jonathan, the President said the review of the statute of NIPSS became imperative, in view of the strategic place of the institution in the corporate existence of the country. "Look into the existing law of the institution and where it needs to make changes you should come up with it."
