Tema — A bloody situation nearly occurred at Tema recently, when a bailiff from the Tema Development Corporation (TDC) Magistrate Court, accompanied by some labourers, stormed the premises of the Pan African Shipping Company (PAS), behind Rana Motors, to take possession of the land on which the artisans were working.
While the artisans were asking the bailiff to exercise restraint, and allow them some time to pack their things and leave, the bailiff was determined at all costs to do his legitimate job, which in the process caused tempers to rise.
