Somalia — The transitional government president Sheik Sharif Sheik Ahmed has had an especial meeting with the ministers of the TFG in Mogadishu on Wednesday discussing more issues including the security of the country.
Abdukadir Mohamed Osman known as ( Barnamaj), the director of the information affairs of the presidential palace of the TFG told reporters that the meeting was attended by several members of the cabinet led by the Somali prime minister Omar Abdirashid Ali ( Sharma'arke) adding that the president explained more about his trip that he passed on several countries recently like United Arab Emirates, Djibouti and Qadar saying that he successfully completed his travel in abroad.
The director also said that the president Sharif talked more on the security with the ministers urging them to work together as well as the parliament and not use offensive words through the media.
Mr. Barnamaj said that the president is planning to depart to New York City in America where he is supposed to attend an international meeting that will be participated by more leaders of the world.
He said that the president will meet with some of the American senators in America where he will also visit one of the universities in America where the president will talk to the Somali communities in the United States of America.
The statement of the TFG president Sharif Sheik Ahmed comes as there have been clashes between the transitional government soldier backing AU troops and the Islamist fighters in the capital Mogadishu in over the past week.
