Nigeria's Bayelsa United will clash with Entente Setif of Algeria in the semi-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup after they upset Group B leaders Stade Malien 1-0 away from home.
However, Stade Malien still finished top of the group, with nine points, ahead of Bayelsa by virtue of having scored more away goals in their head-to-head matches.
Stade Malien will thus battle ENPPI of Egypt in the other semi-final of the cup competition. The semi-finals are slated for the weekends of October 2-4 and October 16-18.
Emmanuel Nwachi scored the only goal of the weekend's game.
In the other group fixture, Egypt's Haras El Hodood thrashed Angola's Primeiro de Agosto 5-1. Ahmed Salama netted twice for Haras, while Ahmed Abdul-Ghani, Mohamed Halim and Ahmed Salem were all on target.
But the Egyptians still finished bottom of the group with seven points, a point behind Primeiro.
In a Group A game, Santos of Angola beat AS Vita Club of DR Congo 1-0.
Manucho Barros found target after eight minutes, but it was not enough to propel Santos to the semi-finals.
