Opposition lawmakers stormed out of Parliament for the second time in three weeks, forcing Speaker Edward Ssekandi to suspend the House prematurely.
Guided by Prof. Ogenga Latigo, the Leader of the Opposition, the MPs walked out of the House in protest of a decision to pass the Supplementary Appropriations Bill, an action that would define Parliament's passing of the 2009/2010 budget.
