Namibia: Hospital 'Spurned' As Top Official Hits the Voter Trail

THE Ministry of Health and Social Services has admitted that it allowed the administrative head of the Central State Hospital to do voters' registration for the Electoral Commission of Namibia despite the hospital administration being in a shambles.

The hospital's chief control officer, Petrus Shaama, is in charge of administration at the country's biggest State hospital.
