Mogadishu — Abdirashid Hidig, a minister of state of the transitional government has said Monday they are welcoming the new change of the port town of Kismayu town in southern Somalia.
The minister said that the Islamist forces against the transitional government had left from the town calling for the people in the town to tighten the security and peace of the Kismayu town, the regional capital of Lower Jubba.
