Athletics, boxing and culture fetched more bronze medals over the weekend in Beirut, Lebanon.
Forty eight hours to the end of the sixth Francophonie games in Beirut, Cameroon's athletes are poised to improve on performance registered at the fifth edition in Niamey, Niger. The lady's athletics team, boxing and the culture legion took the nation's athletes to the podium last Saturday. An impressive run by the lady's 4 x 100m relay discipline fetched bronze after trailing the team from Canada and France while the boys relay team failed to impress running in the fifth position at the Camille Chamoun sports stadium.
